Intensive Hatha Yoga Retreat

Krishna Chaitanya

This is an intensive program to detox and rejuvenate the body and breath through twice daily yoga sessions, pranayamas (breathing techniques) and yoganidra (yoga sleep). Guided mediation and a theory class on the basics of yogic tradition are also included.

Yoga Practice: 5-7 am & 4-6 pm
Theory: 10.30-12 noon
Meditation: 7 to 7.30 am & 7 to 7.30 pm         

Teacher: Krishna Chaitanya is a professional yoga trainer rooted in the traditional yoga lifestyle with his 10 years of spiritual training in various yoga ashrams in India, including Bihar school, Himalayan, and Sivananda traditions.
