Some of the things we would explore:\n\n\n How to hear ourselves and others deeper and better.\n Expression and vulnerability.\n Neuroscience of habitual world interactions.\n Magic of authentic listening.\n Connective communication possibilities and tools for our day-to-day living.\n How to engage in difficult dialogues and yet foster connection.\nEmotional Intelligence and mindful self-compassion\n\n\n\n\n\n𝐀𝐛𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐯:\nWith his work with NVC, Mav understood the deep importance of our childhood in shaping us as the adults we are. He has studied with Liv Larson and Kathleen McKee over depths of shame, guilt, and developmental trauma. He has been a facilitator of the Trauma and Bodywork channel with the Global Embodiment conference.
